Accessibility Statement Draft — pending legal review

Last updated 19 August 2026

We want Infiniumlab to be usable by every student, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they're using.

This is a draft. It describes our current approach and known gaps honestly, but hasn't yet gone through a full accessibility audit.

Our target

We design towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our baseline standard across the site and the learning platform.

What's already built in

Known limitations

This marketing site is currently built as a single page that switches views with JavaScript, rather than using separate URLs for each page. That means browser back/forward navigation doesn't work between sections, and screen-reader users relying on page-level navigation landmarks may find it less predictable than a traditional multi-page site. We know about this and plan to address it in a future update.

Feedback

If something on the site or the platform is hard to use with the technology you rely on, tell us — enquiries@infiniumlab.com. We'd rather hear about a real problem than assume we've covered everything.

Ongoing review

We'll revisit this statement as the platform develops, particularly once the routing limitation above is resolved.
