These terms cover use of the Infiniumlab website, the student learning platform, and private tuition bookings, all operated by Infinium Lab Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (HE490974, 5 Panikou Symeou, Palodia 4549, Limassol, Cyprus).

This is a draft. It describes how the platform actually works today, but hasn't yet been reviewed by a qualified commercial lawyer. Treat it as accurate, not yet as a finished legal document.

Who this is for

Infiniumlab is built for students studying IGCSE, O Level, or A Level physics, alongside their teachers, parents, and guardians. Individual student accounts are typically arranged through a parent, guardian, or school rather than self-registered directly by the student — see our Safeguarding page for how that works.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself, and let us know at enquiries@infiniumlab.com if you think someone else has access to your account. Teachers see only students within their own school or class group — never across organisations.

The AI tutor

Infiniumlab's Socratic tutor is an AI system, not a person, and the interface always makes that clear during a conversation, in line with the EU AI Act's transparency requirements. It's built to work alongside a student's teacher and textbook, not replace them, and its questioning style is designed to guide understanding rather than hand over answers directly.

Content and intellectual property

Simulations, questions, and mark schemes on this platform are authored independently from the underlying physics and the public syllabus, following our own clean-room authoring protocol — never adapted from Cambridge, Edexcel, or any other exam board's past papers or mark schemes. This content belongs to Infinium Lab Ltd, and you're licensed to use it for your own learning, not to redistribute or republish it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the platform to harass or harm another user, attempt to access another person's account or data, or try to circumvent the safeguarding or content-moderation features built into the tutor.

Private tuition bookings

Lessons run in fixed slots as shown on the booking page. Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 hours before your lesson; cancellations inside that window can't be processed online — contact us directly if it's an emergency. Invoices are issued per lesson or per agreed package, and payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

No guarantee of results

Infiniumlab is designed to support learning and exam preparation, but we don't guarantee any particular grade, mark, or exam outcome.

Liability

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but it's provided as-is, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by Cyprus law.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update this page and change the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
